The 14-day promise
This policy covers purchases from RB Empire LLC and its brands, including the Sell & Scale Growth Engine ($500 install, then $97 a month).
The 14 days start when you submit your onboarding form, because we build from your answers. If we're waiting on something only you can give us (a file, an approval or access to an account), we'll tell you right away and in writing.
Cancelling
You can cancel your $97 monthly plan anytime. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
- Email admin@rbempire-llc.com with the subject "Cancel my plan".
- Tell us your name and the business your Command Center is for.
- We confirm by email. You won't be charged again.
Your Command Center stays open until the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't refund part of a month. Before it closes, we can send you an export of your leads and customers.
Other refund requests
If something isn't right, email us first and tell us what happened. We'll do our best to fix it. Refund requests outside the 14-day promise are reviewed one by one, and we reply within 3 business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we send it, your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing we sell is shipped, so there's nothing to return.
Questions and disputes
Please email admin@rbempire-llc.com before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most problems are faster to sort out directly, and we usually reply within a day.
