Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how to see or delete it.

Who we are

RB Empire LLC ("we", "us") owns and runs the brands Sell & Scale, the Command Center and RB Dump. This policy covers this website, rbempire-llc.com, and purchases made from us.

Each brand has its own website and forms. When you use one of them, that brand's privacy policy also applies. Sell & Scale's policy is at sellandscale.io/privacy.

What we collect on this website

  • Very little. This website has no forms, no accounts and no ad tracking.
  • Basic server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. These help keep the site running and secure.
  • Fonts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
  • Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and what you wrote so we can reply.

Payments

When you buy from us, you pay on a secure payment page run by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, what you bought, the amount and the payment status, so we can deliver your purchase and keep our records. Stripe handles your payment under its own privacy policy, which you can read on its website.

How we use it

  • To deliver what you bought and to reply to you.
  • To keep this website running and safe.
  • To keep the business and tax records the law requires.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent it or trade it to anyone.

Who helps us

  • Our web host serves this website.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Google provides our fonts and our company email.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep emails while we need them to help you, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We delete the rest when you ask.

See or delete your information

You can ask us at any time to show you, fix or delete the information we have about you, for this website or any of our brands.

  1. Email admin@rbempire-llc.com with the subject "Delete my data".
  2. Tell us your name, the email you used, and which brand you dealt with.
  3. We delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Children

Our websites and services are for adults running or starting a business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date below. Questions? Email admin@rbempire-llc.com.
